Shipping & Returns Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
  1. All our shipments are made from within EU mostly from the UK or Irish Republic.
  2. We ship using the state owned postal services.
  3. We ship to anywhere in the world - where a post can go to.
  4. Please add "Registered Post" for extra peace of mind because we ship using regular post whose delivery is not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss in transit. If you pay for registered post we will issue you a tracking number and you can track your item online.
  5. If you want an express service or a next business day service we can look into it however you will have to pay for additional delivery charges.
  6. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
  7. As soon as orders are shipped we intimate you. You can also see the order details and history by logging into your account.
  8. We only ship when we receive full payments.
  9. Generally orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving full payment. If there is a delay we always intimate you. If we cannot ship an order within 14 working days customer has the right to cancel an order and we will refund the entire money paid if the order has not been delivered. However please note that some items (tailor made) are excluded from this. Watch out for item description for individual shipment details.
  10. We use all possible sorts of protective means (bubble wrap, padded envelopes) before we ship our items.

Returns:
  1. We have strict quality assurance team that makes sure every item is individually checked for quality. However we are quite happy to replace any item that is found faulty or not working as per description. Please note that we are not responsible for any postal damage. Although we have never found such complaints we cannot accept a return for any item which has been damaged in transit.
  2. If you change your mind after the shipment is received you can organise to send it back to us without opening the wrap and only in such circumstances we will offer a refund equivalent to your purchase price of the item (excluding postal charges if any). We do not make any refund any postal charges because we have to pay that upfront for the shipment.
  3. Once you open the main seal of any envelope or box we cannot return the item unless found faulty.
  4. If you want to send any item back please note that you bear the cost of the postage.  We will however pay the second postage if we are replacing a faulty item.
  5. We cannot exchange or process any return of any lingerie products for health and hygiene reasons.
